An efficient design is first and foremost a design which allows to convey a message to a large audience. It happens that a well-thought design is a design that takes into account the diversity of the people who may be concerned by the conveyed message. Have you ever reckoned that some people do not perceive things the same way? Whether they are colorblind, have whatever visual deficiency or have different browsing ways, have focusing issues or epileptic issues faced to animations, there are solutions to exclude nobody.

We will here see the issues and mostly the solutions to reflect on an inclusive design, taking accessibility into account upstream, and using free tools.

Armony proudly claims that all human beings are equal in law, and that disable people are humans.

Hence, free software and accessibility must go together to allow real freedom for everybody.

She founded the association Liberté 0 to support that idea.

She is leader of the company Access42, specialized in digital accessibility and has been, as such, one of the authors of référentiel général d’accessibilité pour les administrations (RGAA 3).
