Accessibility is first and foremost a process, taking into account people in their diversity and their eventual handicap situation.

But this process can not rely on the only good will of a few. To be effective, it must be learnt. Including accessibility in training and creation of pedagogic resources is essential, since accessing knowledge is a freedom that many people in handicap situations can not beneficiate from due to a bad planning.

We will tackle the challenges posed by taking handicap into account in conception and animation of training and pedagogic material, and will make a particular point on creating resources in a language which is easy to read and understand for people with an intellectual deficiency.

Armony proudly claims that all human beings are equal in law, and that disable people are humans.

Hence, free software and accessibility must go together to allow real freedom for everybody.

She founded the association Liberté 0 to support that idea.

She is leader of the company Access42, specialized in digital accessibility and has been, as such, one of the authors of référentiel général d’accessibilité pour les administrations (RGAA 3).
